At Cabo Vacation Gear, we understand that plans can change and you may need to cancel your reservation. When you place a reservation with us, we specifically reserve the rental items you have selected for you and your family. If you need to cancel all or any portion of the requested equipment rental services, please let us know as soon as possible.

The following terms apply to cancellations:

• 100% Refundable: Orders canceled 14 or more days prior to the start of your reservation date will receive a full refund.
• 50% Refundable: Orders canceled 6-13 days prior to the start of your reservation date will receive a 50% refund.
• Non-Refundable: Orders canceled 5 days or less prior to the start of your reservation date are non-refundable. Reservations placed within 24 hours of start time are also non-refundable.

Please note that all refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
