Delivery & Pickup

We currently deliver in Cabo San Lucas, San Jose del Cabo, Todos Santos, Pescadero, and most of the East Cape Baja Region. For more details on costs and conditions specific to each area, please refer below.

The delivery rates vary based on your location.

Delivery Costs:

  • Local Delivery (Cabo San Lucas, San Jose del Cabo, Touristic Corridor, and Puerto Los Cabos): $25.00 USD.
  • Airport Delivery (Los Cabos International Airport – SJD): $75.00 USD.
  • Extended Delivery Zone 1 (El Pescadero, Todos Santos, Los Cerritos, Miraflores): $75.00 USD.
  • Extended Delivery Zone 2 (La Ribera, Los Barriles, Buena Vista): $135.00 USD.

Yes, there is a minimum rental amount required depending on your delivery area.

Minimum Rental Amounts Required (Excluding Delivery Fees):

  • Cabo San Lucas, Tourist Corridor, and San Jose del Cabo Zona Hotelera (Hotel Zone): $60.00 USD.
  • SJD Airport, Puerto Los Cabos, La Playita, and surrounding areas: $90.00 USD.
  • Extended Delivery Zone 1 (El Pescadero, Todos Santos, Los Cerritos, Miraflores): $180.00 USD.
  • Extended Delivery Zone 2 (La Ribera, Los Barriles, Buena Vista): $350.00 USD.

The delivery fee includes delivery and setup of most items (excluding car seats, safety gates, and other baby-proofing items) when the location permits access to set up the items. If setup is not possible at the location, we will deliver the items to the front desk or wherever the property manager indicates. Additionally, the delivery fee covers the pickup of items at the completion of your reservation.

We can deliver to private homes, Airbnbs, VRBOs, hotels, and airports.

No, you do not need to be present for delivery with the exception of airport delivery. Please note that you are held liable for rental gear once it has been delivered if you are present or not and until the rental gear has been picked up if you are present or not.

Unfortunately, we do not have a store front open to the public for pick-up. Currently, we only offer delivery to the rental property.

To date we have not had a problem delivering to any property, however, it is your responsibility to ensure that the property you are staying at allows entry to outside vendors. We cannot offer refunds if we are unable to deliver the items to you due to being denied access.
Please be assured that in the unlikely event that we are denied entry, we will attempt to contact you to work out a solution.

Yes, we do! To have your baby gear delivered to the airport, simply select “SJD Airport Delivery & Pickup” on the cart page. On the checkout page, please enter “Los Cabos International Airport” on Address line 1 and zip code “23420”. Be sure to include your itinerary details in the “Additional delivery details” field, including your airline name and flight number.

Yes, you can order additional items during your stay. Please note that we charge a $15 USD call-out fee for each additional order. If you are moving from one resort to another and need our assistance to move your baby gear, the same $15 USD fee will apply.

Reservations & Payments

We recommend ordering as soon as you know your rental dates! All rentals are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee orders with less than 48 hours’ notice. Popular travel dates like summer break and holidays book up quickly.

If you don’t yet have the exact delivery address, like for an Airbnb or VRBO — not a problem! Enter “TBD” to your Delivery Address at checkout and you can provide the exact address once you have it.

No. We require full payment at the time of booking. We are holding your items for you and are not making the items you’ve reserved available to other potential customers—kind of like a vacation rental reservation.

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Additionally, we welcome gift and prepaid cards that fall under these categories. Our system allows us to process these card types from customers worldwide. If you require an alternative payment method, please reach out to our support, and we will do our best to assist you.

We count each day that you have the gear as one day. We do not double-book days because we need time to inspect and clean the items to our very high standards.

For example, if you are planning to use the equipment starting early evening on Monday and keep it until the following Monday morning, we would count that as 8 days.

Yes. As a general rule, we have a 3-day minimum rental period. However, we do offer one-day rentals for certain types of products and packages. If you are interested in a 1 or 2 day rental, please reach out to us to see if we can accommodate your request.

Yes, there is a minimum rental amount for orders as follows:

  • Cabo San Lucas, Tourist Corridor, and San Jose del Cabo Zona Hotelera (Hotel Zone): $60.00 USD.

Not a problem! You can rent the items you need for the exact duration you require. However, please note that a 3-day minimum rental cost will apply if your rental falls into the shorter time category. For instance, if you rent a car seat priced at $10 per day for just one day, the cost would be $30 for that rental.

Of course! We’re here to assist you, even if you don’t meet the minimum order requirements. In such cases, we will apply a surcharge to meet the minimum rental amount, excluding delivery fees and taxes. For example, if you order a baby monitor priced at $7 per day for 5 days (totaling $35 USD) to be delivered to a resort in Cabo San Lucas, a $25 surcharge will be added to meet the $60 minimum rental amount (in addition to the $25 delivery and pickup fee). Please note that the surcharge only applies when the minimum isn’t met, and it doesn’t include delivery fees and taxes.

Yes, we do offer last-minute reservations and same-day delivery upon request, subject to availability. A last-minute surcharge of $20 USD will be applied to any order that needs to be delivered in less than 24 hours. Please note, we follow our Cancellation + Refund Policy when it comes to removing items from your order.

Absolutely! We offer discounts for longer rental periods, making it more affordable for you to have the baby gear you need for as long as you need it. Our discount rates are as follows:

  • 9-16 day rental: 10% off your entire order
  • 17 or more day rental: 20% off your entire order

The discount will be automatically applied when you enter your rental dates. Please note that delivery fees are not included in long term rental discounts.

Policies & Processes

When you place a reservation with us, we specifically reserve the rental items you have selected for you and your family. If you cancel all or any portion of the requested equipment rental services, you will receive a refund as follows:

  • 100% Refundable: Orders canceled 14 or more days prior to the start of your reservation date.
  • 50% Refundable: Orders canceled 6-13 days prior to the start of your reservation date.
  • Non-Refundable: Orders canceled 5 days or less prior to the start of your reservation date.

Reservations placed within 24 hours of start time are non-refundable.

We take safety and cleanliness very seriously. All of our rental items undergo an intensive inspection upon return and each part of the rental gets thoroughly cleaned. All machine-washable parts and linens are laundered in hypoallergenic detergent and dried on high heat. Rental items are vacuumed and then disinfected and wiped down with a powerful all-natural botanical cleaner proven to kill 99.99% of germs. Then we use a steam cleaner for appropriate items to top it off. All rental gear is in like-new condition when you receive it.

We only offer high-quality items to rent and if there is damage we are unable to serve another family with that item. As per our Terms, for any damaged, lost or excessively dirty item, you will be charged the retail value to cover the cost of replacement.

Our team will contact you via email if necessary to report damaged, missing, or excessively dirty items and notify you of the retail value to be charged to your card on file.
